Unable to Attend Reservation

Contact us for a rain check that you can apply to a reservation at a later time.
Cancel Reservation
Cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation will receive a rain check.
Refunds are available for cancellations if requested before 48 hours of your reservation.
No Shows
If you are a “no show” for your reservation, you will not be eligible for a refund, a raincheck, or a reschedule.
Being a “no show” means you did not show up for your reservation and you failed to notify Axe of Faith before the start of your reservation.
Late Arrival
Lanes are reserved each hour. When you book a lane, you are free to use that lane (or not use that lane) for the duration of your reservation. Your reservation will end on time, regardless of what time you arrived. For example, if you booked a one hour reservation and you arrived 15 minutes late, then you will still have 45 minutes left to enjoy you reservation.
